Win Breakfast with Santa Contest Rules

Term: Santa's Workshop Win Breakfast with Santa Contest begins Friday, May 15 at 8:00 AM EST and ends on Friday, May 29 at 11:00 PM EST. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest and states that they are 18 years old or older.
Who may enter: This contest is open to anyone 18 years old or older residing in the United States. The winner must Like Santa's Workshop Northpole NY on Facebook and comment by submiting a proposed reindeer name to the Contest timeline post. Employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of North Pole Associates, and other participating sponsors and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and each of their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Contest Entities") are not eligible to enter or win. Each individual may enter only one time; multiple submissions will be disregarded). This Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.
What to enter: Come up with your favorite name for Santa's new baby reindeer. Name need not be original to enter. Winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received.
How to enter: Submit your proposed name as a comment on the contest post.
Santa's Workshop reserves the right to disqualify contestants and to delete any entry and disqualify any entrant deemed by Santa's Workshop to be inappropriate. By entering the contest, entrants grant Santa's Workshop a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed, for any educational, promotional, publicity, exhibition, archival, scholarly and all other standard Smithsonian purposes.
Entry deadline: Users must submit their comment between Friday, May 15, 2015 and Friday, May 29, 2015 11:59 pm EST. (“Submission Period”)
Random Selection: A random winner will be selected from all valid entries received and that winner will be announced in a second post on Facebook and messaged directly by Monday, June 1. Santa gets to name the reindeer and takes the process very seriously. While he will take all the suggestions into consideration, neither Santa nor Santa's Workshop is obligated to use any name submitted for the naming of the reindeer.
The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Santa's Workshop reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify these rules at its discretion. Decisions of Santa's Workshop will be final.
Prizes: One winner will be selected randomly. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of any prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the respective winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the respective winner's responsibility. The winner will receive 4 tickets to a Breakfast with Santa during the 2015 season. Please see www.northpoleny.com for dates and times of Breakfast with Santa. Some restrictions may apply. Subject to availability. Reservations requested. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Santa's Workshop reserves the right to substitute a prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded.
Release of Liability: Santa's Workshop, North Pole Associates, LLC, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporation, Contest Administrator, each of the Contest Entities, and the respective officers, directors, members, dealers, distributors, employees and agents of the Contests Entities, are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. By entering this Contests, all entrants, any winners, and their family members, guests, invitees, agents, and employees release and hold harmless Santa's Workshop, North Pole Associates LLC, Contests Administrator and each of the Contests Entities, as well as the respective officers, directors, agents, employees, members and shareholders of the foregoing entities and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contests from and against any and all actions, claims, and/or liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation in this Contests and/or acceptance or use of the prizes and any related travel and/or activities, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the service provider's terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such service provider for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
Additionally, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Facebook from and against any claims arising out of or in conjunction with the Contests or receipt or use of any prize. Further, entrants acknowledge that this Contest is in no way sponsored by, endorsed by or administered by or associated with Facebook.

Requests received after December 1, 2015 will not be honored.
